With the main business in property development, GA INVESTMENTS CO. LTD is now seeking for a qualified Staff to join our construction for our project.

Job Description

  • Reporting to project manager as required
  • Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client are met
  • Monitoring labor, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses
  • Supervising on-site construction work and relaying instruction from senior project managers
  • Reporting and concerns that might negatively in pact projected cost and time estimates.
  • Procuring materials, labor, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers
  • Preparing work schedules, and sequencing on site tasks
  • Collaborating with other construction project stakeholders as required
  • Ensuring that construction industry safety regulation are followed

Job Requirements

  • University student in related field
  • Experience in construction project is advantageous
  • Knowledgeable about construction language
  • Good English and Chinese
  • Hardworking
