1. Graduates Bachelor Degree in Banking or other related fields/ Good command in spoken and written English is required

Requirement 

1.Solicits potential and existing clients in accordance with the guidelines stated in the micro business loan policies and procedures. 

1. Analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower. 
2. Receives and screens loan applications. 
3. Conducts credit investigation for borrowers and their co-makers. 
4. Evaluates cash flow of loan applicants. 
5. Conducts sit visit of secure collateral. 
6. Responsible for the attainment of his/her performance targets. 
7. Follows up delinquent clients immediately and refers to immediate supervisor.
